Machining is the broad term 889 uses to describe removal of material from a work piece..  It covers several processes, including drilling, turning, milling, and grinding.  We also employ CNC machining.  CNC allows for more flexibility in the way parts are held in the manufacturing process, and carves complex parts from solid billets.
