Quality control of the factories:

We audit our factories for social compliance, such as child labor or minimum wage, and for their performance capability by inspecting their machines and manufacturing process. In addition, we are there during the pre-production and during-production to check first for the quality and quantity of the raw materials, and for production techniques.

Quality control of products:

We perform quality control checks throughout all manufacturing processes. Quality control checks include screening the raw material for stability and analyzing the chemical elements concentration of the alloy with spark spectrometer testing before casting. After casting and heat treatment, we check for the tensile, impact strength and surface hardness by physical test and magnetic particle etc.

After the production process, we inspect the appearance, quality, and safety of all final products in the pre-shipment inspection and supervise the loading process by recording relevant information such as arrival time of container, the condition of the outer packaging, and perform random sampling the products. 889 has a supply management program that relieves purchasing departments of the aggravation of managing orders once they are placed.
