Ms.
Huang has more than 15 years of international business
experience, specializing in China. Her extensive contacts
in consulting, government, manufacturing and actual
operation experience makes her of a unique value. In her
current capacity with 889 Global Solutions Ltd., Ms. Huang
has sourced both consumer products and industrial product
for companies in multiple industries; a team of Chinese
local counterparts for inspection and quality control of
Chinese manufacturers; sales consultancy services and
establishment of Joint Venture or WOFE entities for U.S.
companies looking to invest in China. Her ability to
negotiate and create (guanxi) relationship with your
business counterpart in China have been the key to on
going success in China.
In 1993 Ms. Huang founded and was President of BSH
Estates Ltd., the 2nd licensed real-estate company in
Beijing. With strong marketing and interpersonal skills,
Ms. Huang took BSH Estates profitable within 90 days of
start-up and was profitable in each year she was
President. Ms. Huang sold her interest in BSH Estates to
the remaining employees in late 1999.
Ms. Huang has been quoted in Time, Newsweek, Beijing
Scene and Business First publications. She is in demand
to sit on various committees related to international
trade and business with China.
Ms. Huang earned a BA degree in Business from Boston
College and attended the MBA program of CIEBS in
Beijing. She is fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and

Mr.
Lewis has more than 14 years international
experience specializing in business development,
emerging market start-ups, venture capital, global
strategic planning and sales channel
implementation. Within Mr.
Lewis's current capacity, he consults with businesses on
global sales, sourcing and outsourced manufacturing
strategies; and works with emerging technology companies as a
portable executive.
Prior to starting 889 Global, Mr. Lewis managed the China,
Korea, Hong Kong and Macau offices for Perkin Elmer Inc, a
$1.7B instrument and optical component technology
conglomerate. During his more than 5 years living in Korea and
China, Mr. Lewis directed a sales and service staff of 75,
established offices, conducted due diligence on joint
ventures, assisted in closing one JV in Xian, China, doubled
sales and grew profits during the difficult Asian economic
turmoil.
Prior to Perkin Elmer, Mr. Lewis opened and managed for 4
years a venture capital office based in Kingston, Jamaica.
Successful angel deals were completed in Jamaica, Cayman
Islands and Dominican Republic.
Mr. Lewis has a law degree from Capital University and
Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Miami University.
Entrepreneurship started at the age of 16, when Mr. Lewis
starting his own driveway sealing company. J&T Sealcoat
was profitable for 8 years and partially funded his college
education
Mr. Lewis has additional working experience at National City
Bank Brokerage during college, the Law Firm of Chester,
Willcox and Saxbe, during law school and The White House in
Washington DC during a Semester at American University. |

in many Asian markets. Singaporean by birth, since the
early 1990's Nick has been focused entirely in China

1980's Ms. Li has been working with Guangdong Machine & Equipment Import & Export company. She has specialized in
educational apparatuses, anatomy models, scientific and analytical
instruments, laboratory glassware, and porcelain wares.
Ms. Li lives in Guangzhou and coordinates our sourcing and
inspection of products. She is fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English.
A graduate of Hua Zhong Science and Technology University. Ms

projects in China. Invested in 17 small cap companies in North American companies.
Worked with a wide variety of management levels in the region and headquarters level to
develop support for the corporate agenda in China. John lives in Beijing and speaks
Chinese, French and English. He graduated from the University of Toronto with a BA in
