Production Capabilities

Tube Extrustion

Clear or frosted plastic tubing, single-lumen tube, multi-lumen tubes, tubes with different material including PVC, PU, PE, etc. Smallest tube ID can reach 0.1mm +/- 0.05mm

Connector Injection

Any kind of connector for nelaton catheter, suction catheter, feeding tube, or endotracheal tube.

 

Cuff/Balloon Blowing

Endotracheal tube cuff and pilot balloon can be blown to reach a thinnest wall thickness of 0.03mm.

    

Designed Tip Forming

In addition to standard straight tip or Tiemann tip, some specific designed tips can be produced through our tip forming system.

Holes/Eyelets

Holes and eyelets can be processed by punching, drilling, or fire-polishing in order to obtain a smooth surface for easy insertion and an atraumatic touch.

Tube End Flaring/Flanging

Nasopharyngeal airway tube end flaring or flanging

Cuff Bonding

With custom designed and unique forming tools, our induction formers create a smooth, rounded transition from the balloon stem into the endotracheal tube OD> The tube and balloon polymers are compatible with each other and are heat sealable.

Tube Pad Printing

We're able to print graduation on tubes or pilot balloons for identification according to customers' specific requirements
