We offer manufactured casters from China. The casters are designed for manufacturers of medical carts, but can be used in an array of applications. HEAVY DUTY CASTERS

• Wheel sizes from 4” to 10”.
• Wheel type: mold on rubber wheel on cast iron center, mold on polyurethane on cast iron center or cast iron wheel.
• Wheel center in extra strong welded construction, four folded welded.
• Blue painted, grease fitting in yoke base.
• Carbon steel ball bearings.
• Recommended for maximum protection to load and floor.
• Wheel type: Rubber (NBR) Wheels, Nylon (MRC) Wheels, PU wheels.

MEDIUM DUTY CASTERS

• Wheel sizes from 4” to 8”.
• Double ball bearing raceway heat treated for long wear and added strength.
• Yoke with bright zinc-plated. Swivel, rigid or swivel with brake grease fitting in swivel raceway and wheel.
• 1/2” diameter axle bolt with lock nut.
• 3/4” roller bearings.
• Wheel type: Mold on rubber, mold on polyurethane, phenolic, v-groove, TPR, TPU, solid elastic rubber.

LIGHT DUTY CASTERS

• Wheel sizes from 2” to 4”.
• Wheel type: hard/soft rubber, nylon, plastic or cast iron.
• Mounting parts: plate or threaded stem.
• Swivel, rigid or total lock
• Yoke with bright zinc-plated
• Shopping carts, portable storage racks, medical carts, lighter general duty use.
• Load capacities from 66 lbs. to 154 lbs.

• Wheel sizes from 2 1/2” to 5”.
• Wheel type: soft rubber, nylon, plastic
or cast iron.
• Mounting parts: friction ring stem.
• Swivel, Rigid or Total lock.
• Yoke with bright zinc-plated
• Shopping carts, portable storage racks, lighter general duty use.
• Load capacities from 60 lbs. to 132 lbs.

PNEUMATIC CASTERS

•Wheel sizes from 8” to 12”.
• Top plate and fork 1/4” cold forged steel.
• Double ball bearing swivel raceway, heat treated for long wear and added strength.
• Yoke with bright zinc plate.
• The pneumatic casters are designed for platform cart use, quiet moving and easy rolling.
• Load capacities from 220 lbs. to 440 lbs.


SPRING -LOADED CASTERS

• Swivel bracket with thrust bearing and taper ball bearing in the swivel head.
• Bracket and spring hinged plate of very strong construction to reliably compensate.
• Tire made of solid rubber elastic, wheel center in strong steel welded construction vulcanized to wheel center, with precision ball bearing.
• Load capacities from 352 lbs. to 1980 lbs.


SCAFFOLD CASTERS

• Double ball bearing.
• Cast iron core/hard rubber wheel or PU wheel.
• Thread and swivel locking mechanism.

INSTITUTIONAL EQUIPMENT CASTERS

• Wheel sizes from 75mm to 200mm.
• Wheel type: PPU, PPR, Anti-static, Rubber, (plastic steel/steel frame with 25mm width),
(steel with 28mm width).
• Mounting parts: plate, threaded stem, bolt hole or socket. Swivel, rigid or total lock.
• Housing made of pressed steel, bright zinc-plated, chrome-plated, black-coated or brass plated.
